Refund policy
No part-month refunds will be given and all payments must be made in advance. As no goods are subject to sale no other refund policies apply.
CanceLlation policy
1 Month’s notice is required for any membership cancellation.
Any fixed term contract may be cancelled subject to a payment of 50% of the remaining contract plus valid circumstances (please speak to a member of management regarding any questions on such circumstances). All such cases are decided by CrossFit Vita-Ray on a case by case basis.
A membership hold may be applicable for up to 3 months at the discretion of CrossFit Vita-Ray. Upon commencement of the membership, any remaining fixed term contract will be subject to an additional 3 months or however long the membership hold was active for.
