What should i bring to my first session?
More important than anything else (yes, even clothes) is a strong work ethic. The sessions will be challenging and sometimes frustrating but we are very much of the opinion that if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.
Aside from that, suitable clothing and shoes, a water bottle and a towel if you intend on working hard and sweating a bit.

I have past injuries that hinder my movement, can I still do CrossFit?
CrossFit is infinitely scalable meaning that any previous injury can be worked around to ensure you get the most from your workout.

Am I fit enough to do CrossFit?
A common misconception is that you need to be super fit to start doing CrossFit. CrossFit is suitable for anyone and any existing level of fitness. Every workout and every movement can be scaled up or down to make the workout relevant for each member of the class. Whatever your level of fitness or lack thereof, we can and will improve on it at a pace suitable to your personal needs and goals.
