There’s no time like the present so just get in touch with us and we can arrange your foundation sessions where you will learn all the basic movements involved in a CrossFit session plus a few that may challenge you. You’ll be coached in these important movements and introduced to how the gym works, it’s quite different to regular gyms but in a good way.
What you can expect in a foundation class
- You’ll meet the coach and probably some of the other members
- Learn how to perform the movements safely and with proper form eg. push ups, pull ups, air squats, kettle bell swings etc
- Experience your first WOD (Workout of the Day) under guidance from the coach
Once you have gone through your foundation sessions you will be able to attend your first CrossFit class but don’t be afraid, you’ll not only be helped along by the coach but the community is always there to help out too. Our members are all at different stages of their fitness journeys and the moment you join in your first class, you will become not just another number, but a part of the Vita-Ray community.
